SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

4-604.

(g) (1) Resident, under 65 years of
age......................................[$4.50] $6 $19 $8

(2)  Resident, 65 years of age or older.....$1.00

(3)  Nonresident — short term license valid for
7 consecutive days from date of issuance.........$4.50 $7.00

(4)  Nonresident, regular license..[$10.50] $15

(5)  Resident of West Virginia, District of
Columbia or Virginia — specific license to fish in Potomac
River...............................................$4.50 $8

(6)  RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, BLIND

PERSONS...............................................NO FEE

(6) (7) Complimentary license.............No fee

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
