THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE CREATING THE SCHOOL
HEALTH PILOT PROGRAM AND RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF THIS
PROGRAM AND. ANY REGULATIONS PROMULGATED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE
ARE OF NO EFFECT AND MAY NOT BE ENFORCED AFTER JULY 1, 1982.

Article 41 - Governor-Executive and Administrative
Departments

(b) The following boards and related statutes and
regulations shall be evaluated by July 1, 1981:

(16)  The Collection Agency Licensing Board (Art.
56, Sec. 325)[.];

(17)  THE SCHOOL HEALTH PILOT PROGRAM (EDUCATION
ARTICLE, § 7-413.1).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

effectiveness of this Act is contingent upon the funding of
this program in the operating budgets budget of the State
for fiscal year 1981 and fiscal year 1982. Failing the
availability of funds for this program, the provisions of
this Act shall be null and void without the need of further
action by the General Assembly.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That subject to
the provisions of Section 2 above, this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1980 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Natural Resources - Falconry - Certificates

FOR the purpose of altering the minimum age for the issuance
of certificates to take, train, and fly certain birds;
removing the requirement for obtaining a certificate
and the fee; and providing that the hunting of game
birds or mammals using falcons, hawks, or owls is
authorized only during the open season.
