[(iii)] (3) $50,000 property damage
protection.

[(3) The aircraft owner annually shall furnish
proof of insurance to the Administration at the time that
the aircraft is registered. The aircraft owner immediately
shall notify the Administration if the coverage terminates
for any reason before the expiration of the annual
registration of the aircraft.

(d) For each aircraft registered with it, the
Administration annually shall issue a registration decal. A
current registration decal for the aircraft shall be
displayed in the manner that the Administration specifies.

(e) (1) A person may not operate in this State any
aircraft required to be registered unless the aircraft
currently is registered.

(2) In addition to any other penalty provided by
law, the Administration or the Maryland State Police may:

(i) Seize any aircraft in this state that
is required to be registered and is not; and

(ii) Hold the aircraft until its owner
complies with the registration requirements.]

(C)  THE FIXED BASE OPERATOR OF ANY LICENSED, PUBLIC
USE AIRPORT IN THIS STATE ALL AIRPORT OPERATORS IN THIS
STATE SHALL MAINTAIN A ROSTER OF AIRCRAFT BASED OR HANGARED
AT THE FACILITY. THIS ROSTER SHALL INCLUDE FOR EACH
AIRCRAFT:

(1)  THE "N" NUMBER, TYPE, AND MODEL OF THE
AIRCRAFT;

(2)  THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE OWNER OR
OPERATOR OF THE AIRCRAFT, AND THE PERIOD OF TIME THE
AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN BASED OR HANGARED AT THE FACILITY;

(1) (3) THE LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY OR BINDER
NUMBER;

(2) (4) THE NAME OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY SHOWN
ON THE POLICY; AND

(3) (5) THE NAME OF THE AGENT OR BROKER.

(D)  THE ADMINISTRATION AT THE TIME OF ANNUAL ON-SITE
AIRPORT INSPECTION AND LICENSING OF PUBLIC USE AIRPORTS IN
THIS STATE, SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY
INFORMATION TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION (B) OF
THIS SECTION.
