Construction Loan of 1974 must be placed under contract
insofar as those provisions relate to the item
contained in Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974 for the
Department of Economic and Community Development -
Maryland Historical Trust - for the restoration of the
Washington Monument in Baltimore City; further
suspending the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886
of the Acts of 1975 (previously suspended by Chapter
334 of the Acts of 1977 and by Chapter 357 of the Acts
of 1978) relating to the time by which projects
contained in the General Construction Loan of 1975 must
be placed under contract insofar as those provisions
relate to items contained in Chapter 886 of the Acts of
1975, as amended by Chapter 334 of the Acts of 1977 and
by Chapter 357 of the Acts of 1978, for the Department
of Public Safety and Correctional Services - Division
of Correction - Headquarters - (1) to supplement the
appropriation for the construction of the Baltimore
City Community Adult Rehabilitation Center #1, (2) to
supplement the appropriation for the construction of a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Prince
George's County, and (3) for acquisition of a site for
a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Prince
George's County; further suspending the provisions of
Section 1(8) of Chapter 914 of the Acts of 1976
(previously suspended by Chapter 357 of the Acts of
1978) relating to the time by which projects contained
in the General Construction Loan of 1976 must be placed
under contract insofar as those provisions relate to
the item contained in Chapter 914 of the Acts of 1976
for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services - Division of Correction - Headquarters - to
supplement the appropriation for the acquisition of a
site for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in
Prince George's County; further suspending the
provisions of Section 1(8) of Chapter 914 of the Acts
of 1976 (previously suspended by Chapter 919 of the
Acts of 1978) relating to the time by which projects
contained in the General Construction Loan of 1976 must
be placed under contract insofar as those provisions
relate to items contained in Chapter 914 of the Acts of
1976 for the Department of Agriculture - to supplement
the appropriation for design and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for two State office
buildings (subsequently modified to limit the
appropriation to one State office building); and for
the Department of Economic and Community Development -
Maryland Historical Trust - (1) for a grant to the City
of Havre de Grace for planning, archaeological
restoration, and reconstruction of the Susquehanna and
Tidewater Lock House Building, canal, and locks, and
(2) for the State's share of restoration of the Orchard
Street Methodist Church in Baltimore City; further
suspending the provisions of Section 1(8) of Chapter
914 of the Acts of 1976 (previously suspended by
Chapter 919 of the Acts of 1978) relating to the time
by which projects contained in the General Construction
