SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 8-801(c) through (g),
respectively, of Article - Transportation, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 8-801(d)
through (h), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

8-801.

(b) "Automobile graveyard" means an establishment or
place of business that is maintained, operated, or used for
storing, [keeping, buying, or selling] wrecked, scrapped,
ruined, or dismantled motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts
AND INCLUDES AUTOMOTIVE DISMANTLERS AND RECYCLERS.

(C) "AUTOMOTIVE DISMANTLERS AND RECYCLERS DISMANTLER
AND RECYCLER " MEANS AN ESTABLISHMENT OR PLACE OF BUSINESS
THAT IS MAINTAINED, OPERATED, OR USED FOR STORING, KEEPING,
BUYING, OR SELLING WRECKED, SCRAPPED, RUINED, OR DISMANTLED
MOTOR VEHICLES OR MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS. ALL REQUIREMENTS IN
ANY STATUTE, RULE, OR REGULATION APPLICABLE TO AUTOMOBILE
GRAVEYARDS ALSO APPLY TO AUTOMOBILE DISMANTLERS AND
RECYCLERS.
