Within three years following the date on which units
have been granted by the developer to unit owners having a
majority of the votes in the [condominium] COUNCIL OF UNIT
OWNERS, any lease, and any management contract, employment
contract, or other contract [affecting the use, maintenance
or access of all or part of the condominium] TO WHICH THE
COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS IS A PARTY entered into [prior to the
date to which the council of unit owners is a party] BETWEEN
THE DATE THE PROPERTY SUBJECTED TO THE CONDOMINIUM REGIME
WAS GRANTED TO THE DEVELOPER AND THE DATE ON WHICH UNITS
HAVE BEEN GRANTED BY THE DEVELOPER TO UNIT OWNERS HAVING A
MAJORITY OF VOTES IN THE COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS may be
terminated by a majority vote of the council of unit owners
without liability for the termination. The termination shall
become effective upon 30 days' written notice of the
termination from the council of unit owners. THIS SECTION
SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY CONTRACT OR GRANT BETWEEN THE COUNCIL
OF UNIT OWNERS AND ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY OR PUBLIC
UTILITY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

Records of Emergency Vehicle Operators
FOR the purpose of specifying the manner of keeping accident
reports and abstracts of court convictions received by
a person while driving an emergency vehicle under
certain conditions; and placing certain limitations on
the access to these records and the use of these
records.
