(D)  A PRISONER EMPLOYED IN THE COMMUNITY UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE AN
AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF CALVERT COUNTY, THE SHERIFF OF THE
COUNTY, OR ANY OTHER JUDICIAL OR PUBLIC OFFICER OF THE
COUNTY.

(E)  IN THE EVENT OF ANY VIOLATION OF TRUST OR
CONDITIONS PRESCRIBED BY THE SUPERVISOR, FOR CONDUCT AND
EMPLOYMENT, A PRISONER MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM AND
ANY EARNED DIMINUTION MAY BE CANCELLED. FAILURE OF A
PRISONER TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF HIS AUTHORIZATION FOR
LEAVE SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS A VIOLATION OF THE PROVISION OF
SECTION 139 OF THIS ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
