Any bonds, notes, certificates of indebtedness or other
instruments evidencing debt of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, issued under the provisions of this
subtitle or of any other law after July 1, 1968, shall bear
interest [at a rate not in excess of eight per centum (8%)
per annum] AT SUCH RATE OR RATES ANNUALLY AS THE COMMISSION
DETERMINES TO BE ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE DISTRICT AND OTHERWISE
IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST, notwithstanding any other provisions
of this subtitle to the contrary.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

Montgomery County - Subdivision Regulations

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Montgomery County Council
to enact subdivision regulations pertaining to storm

water management adopt subdivision regulations

county to accept contributions for its stormwater
management program.
