AN ACT concerning

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
PG/MC 25-80

FOR the purpose of eliminating the statutory interest rate
limitation relating to the issuance by the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission of bonds, notes, or other
debt obligations of the Sanitary District.

of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:
