(3)  IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON UNDER 21 YEARS
OF AGE TO:

(I)  PURCHASE OR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ANY
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, EXCEPT BEER OR LIGHT WINE; OR

(II)  DRINK OR HAVE IN HIS OR HER
POSSESSION ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, EXCEPT BEER OR LIGHT
WINE.

(4)  THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION DO NOT
APPLY TO BONA FIDE EMPLOYEES IN THE COURSE OF THEIR
EMPLOYMENT WHOSE EMPLOYMENT IS NOT PROHIBITED BY THIS
ARTICLE.

(5)  ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBSECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND, UPON CONVICTION,
MAY BE FINED AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $50 FOR EACH VIOLATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
