(2) OF THE NINE MEMBERS APPOINTED TO THE
CROWNSVILLE HOSPITAL CENTER, THREE SHALL BE RESIDENTS OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, ONE SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF BALTIMORE
CITY, ONE SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF CALVERT COUNTY, ONE SHALL
BE A RESIDENT OF CHARLES COUNTY, AND ONE SHALL BE A RESIDENT
OF ST. MARY'S COUNTY.
(C) (4) OF THE TWO ADDITIONAL MEMBERS INITIALLY
APPOINTED TO THE CROWNSVILLE HOSPITAL CENTER CITIZENS
ADVISORY BOARD, ONE SHALL SERVE A TERM OF 3 YEARS AND ONE
SHALL SERVE A TERM OF 4 YEARS, BOTH DATING FROM JULY 1,
1980. MEMBERS APPOINTED THEREAFTER SHALL SERVE 4-YEAR
TERMS. NO MEMBER MAY SERVE MORE THAN TWO CONSECUTIVE FULL
TERMS. VACANCIES SHALL BE FILLED FOR THE UNEXPIRED PORTION
OF A TERM IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Social Services Administration Board of Social
Services - Local Boards
FOR the purpose of directing the State Director Board of the
Social Services Administration to implement procedures
to keep the local boards informed of State and other
local board activities; and directing that each local
board chairman serve as liaison between the State and
the local board, and meet with the State Director Board
a certain number of times each year.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
