(6) PROPER CHIMNEY MAINTENANCE.

(B) (1) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE STATE FIRE
MARSHAL SHALL EACH ENFORCE THIS SECTION UNDER THE
ENFORCEMENT POWERS PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE AND IN ARTICLE 38A
OF THE CODE.

(2) THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF BALTIMORE CITY SHALL
REPORT ANY VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION TO THE DIVISION OF
CONSUMER PROTECTION.

(C)  ANY PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY AND WILLFULLY VIOLATES
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR
AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE OF NOT MORE THAN
$5,000 $500.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Election Wards

FOR the purpose of providing for the redivision of certain
wards in Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the boundary lines of certain wards in
Baltimore City are established as follows:

(a) The boundary between wards 20 and 25 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the mouth of Gwynns Falls and
its intersection with the middle branch of the Patapsco
River and continuing upstream along the center line of
Gwynns Falls to the point where Gwynns Falls intersects with
Maiden's Choice Run, then proceeding along the center line
of Maiden's Choice Run to Yale Avenue;

(2)  Then northward north along the center line
of Yale Avenue to Frederick Avenue;

(3)  Then westward west along center line of
Westward Frederick Avenue to Woodington Road;
