amended, may operate a game of bingo in Montgomery County
for the benefit of charity or in furtherance of the purpose
of the organization or company. The individual operating
the game must be a resident of the county. All such games
shall be conducted only by the organization, corporation, or
company, and not by any other person, partnership,
corporation, association, organization, or other legal or
business entity which operates the game and retains any
portion of the sales or profits from such bingo games or is
paid any fee or compensation by the organization,
corporation, or company for which the bingo game is being
held.

(J) BREAKOUT TICKETS, WHICH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
SECTION SHALL INCLUDE THE GAMES OF INSTANT BINGO, NEVADA
CLUB, LUCKY SEVEN, AND ANY OTHER SIMILAR TYPE GAME, MAY BE
SOLD BY THE OPERATOR IN THE ROOM IN WHICH THE BINGO GAME IS
BEING HELD, EITHER DURING THE GAME OR DURING AN INTERMISSION
BETWEEN GAMES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Public Facilities
and Services

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Commissioners of Calvert
County to create a Department of Public Facilities and
Services for Calvert County; permitting requiring; the
abolition of any existing district, authority, or
commission created in a certain manner under a certain
condition; specifying the powers which the Calvert
County Commissioners may grant to their Department of
Public Facilities and Service; providing for the
retiring, refinancing, or assumption of existing debts;
providing that this Act take precedence over any
existing public local or public general law; and
providing that, if the Calvert County Commissioners
exercise the authority provided by this Act, all
property, real and personal, of any abolished
authority, district, or commission shall be transferred
to Calvert County and that the existing contracts and
obligations of the orders, rules, and regulations made
by, and all matters pending before any abolished
authority, district, or commission shall remain in
