OR HAS BEEN A PART OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL OR
RESTAURANT. ANY CATERER PRESENTLY HOLDING A CLASS B BEER,
WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE ISSUED A
CLASS H LIQUOR LICENSE UPON THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF,
WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO THE CATERER FOR THE LICENSE
SO ISSUED, AND THE CLASS B LICENSE NOW HELD BY THE CATERER
SHOULD BE SURRENDERED UPON RECEIPT OF THE CLASS H LICENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
