SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
Article 73B - Pensions
72.
For the purposes of this subtitle:
(6) The term "plan" means the Employees'
Retirement System, the Teachers' Retirement System, [and]
the State Police Retirement System, THE EMPLOYEES' PENSION
SYSTEM, AND THE TEACHERS' PENSION SYSTEM, including any
systems or subsystems of these systems, or any systems
administered by the several boards of trustees of the plans.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Queen Anne's County - County Office Bonds
FOR the purpose of authorizing and empowering the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, from time to
time, to borrow not more than Two Million Dollars
($2,000,000) and to effect such borrowing by the
issuance and sale at public or private sale of its
general obligation bonds in like par amount in order to
finance the costs of construction of a county office
building in Centreville, including the costs of
acquisition and development of property rights,
acquisition and installation of furnishings and
equipment and any related architectural, financial,
legal, planning and engineering services, together with
the costs of issuance, sale, and delivery of the bonds;
empowering the County to fix and determine, by
resolution, the form, tenor, interest rate or rates or
method of determining the same, terms, conditions,
maturities and all other details incident to the
