SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(0-2) (4) IN WORCESTER COUNTY, FROM COUNTY TAXATION
ONLY, THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY, BY ORDINANCE OR
RESOLUTION, GRANT A CREDIT FOR REAL AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL
PROPERTY, KNOWN AS THE OCEAN CITY AMUSEMENT AND FISHING
PIER, OWNED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF OCEAN CITY AND
LEASED TO THE SINEPUXENT PIER AND IMPROVEMENT CO., INC.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
