same manner as applies to the first 10 days.

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (C), a maximum
of 100 percent of this additional revenue shall be paid to
Baltimore County to assist the funding of services and
facilities within six miles of the aforementioned racetrack
and occasioned by its presence, however the actual amount of
payment shall be determined in accordance with subsections
(E) and (F). All such revenues and license fees paid over
to the Comptroller of the Treasury shall be allocated and
credited to the general funds of the State alone.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the

effectiveness of this Act is contingent on the taking effect
of Chapter _____ (H.B. 1850) of the Acts of 1980.

SECTION 2. 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject
to the provisions of Section 3 of this Act, this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1980.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the transfer of certain
racing revenues received by Prince George's County to
the State of Maryland for the costs of project planning
and final engineering for an access road to the Bowie
Racetrack.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That subject to an agreement between Prince
George's County and the State Highway Administration,
Maryland Department of Transportation, as much of the funds
which have been received by the county as of the effective
date of this Act pursuant to Section 19(d) of Article 78B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland as may be fixed by the
agreement shall be transferred from Prince George's County
to the State of Maryland and deposited in the Transportation
Trust Fund for the purpose of project planning and final
engineering for an access road to the Bowie Racetrack.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
