AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Orphans' Court Judges
PG 334-80

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the associate
judges and the chief judge of the orphans' court for
Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Estates and Trusts
Section 2-108(q)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Estates and Trusts

2-108.

(q) The salary of each associate judge of the court
for Prince George's County shall be [$12,000] $16,000
$14,500 per annum, and the salary of the Chief Judge shall
be [$13,500] $16,500 $16,000 per annum.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
