AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Credits - Circuit
Breaker - Continuation

FOR the purpose of eliminating altering the termination date
of the automatic repeal provision in the program of
homeowners' property tax credits by reason of income.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

Section 12F-l(m)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

12F-1.

[(m) The provisions of this section shall be repealed
automatically and of no effect on July 1, 1981 1982 without
further action by the General Assembly.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

FOR the purpose of removing the discretionary power of the
Motor Vehicle Administrator to permit the use of
certain tires on vehicles driven on a highway;
permitting those tires on certain vehicles; and
prohibiting the sale of certain tires.
