(B) ADDRESS.

"ADDRESS" MEANS POST OFFICE ADDRESS, INCLUDING, IF
APPLICABLE, STREET AND NUMBER, MUNICIPAL AREA OR COUNTY,
STATE, AND, IF OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, COUNTRY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added
to provide a standard meaning of the term

The terms "county" and "municipal area" are

"ANY STATE" MEANS:

(2)   THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA; OR

(3)   THE COMMONWEALTH OF PUERTO RICO.

REVISOR'S NOTE; This subsection is new language added
to avoid repetitive use in this article of
phrases such as "state, possession, or territory

TRUST COMPANY, OR SAVINGS BANK.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 11, § 63
and CA § 6-101(b)(1).

The phrase "incorporated under the laws of this
State" is new language added for clarity and
emphasis. Note that, under Title 12, Subtitle 2

in this State.

The present provisions that exclude "building and
