(b) (1) The IN THE ENUMERATED COUNTIES, THE
interest provided in a mortgage or deed of trust FOR
COUNTIES UNDER THIS SUBSECTION is payable for [a] THE TIME
period [of 60 days following the date of sale] PROVIDED IN
PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION or until the audit of the
sale is ratified, whichever occurs first. [This subsection
applies only in Calvert, Cecil, Frederick, Kent, Queen
Anne's, Talbot, Caroline, Worcester, and Charles counties.]

(2) UNDER PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE
TIME PERIOD FOLLOWING SALE IS:

(I)  60 DAYS IN CALVERT, CECIL, FREDERICK,
KENT, QUEEN ANNE'S, TALBOT, CAROLINE, AND CHARLES COUNTIES;
AND

(II)  180 DAYS IN WORCESTER COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
