AN ACT concerning

Commercial and Industrial Redevelopment
Projects - Power and Authority

FOR the purpose of granting all political subdivisions the
power to undertake certain redevelopment projects and
to do all acts necessary to make use of the financial
assistance available for any these projects, including
making grants, loans, or guaranteeing loans to private
entities; providing that the authority granted by this
Act may be used only for commercial or industrial
redevelopment projects and may not be used for
residential or housing projects; and providing that
this Act shall not grant, expand, or enlarge the power
of eminent domain.
