(a) The holder of an installment sale agreement ON
WHICH THE FINANCE CHARGE IS COMPUTED IN ADVANCE may:

(1) By agreement with the buyer, extend the
scheduled due date or defer the scheduled payment of all or
part of the installments payable under it; and

(2) Charge the buyer an extension or deferral

(a) If [the] AN agreement ON WHICH THE FINANCE CHARGE
IS COMPUTED IN ADVANCE so provides, the holder of the
agreement may collect a delinquency or collection charge of
the lesser of $5 or 5 percent of the amount of any payment
in default, if the default has continued for at least 10
days.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980 January 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Honey Bees

FOR the purpose of defining certain terms; requiring colony
registration and renewal of registration by beekeepers;
regulating importation of bees and related equipment
into this State; providing for quarantine and treatment
or destruction of diseased bees and related equipment;
providing for condemnation or destruction of abandoned
apiaries; providing the Secretary of Agriculture and
the Department certain authority for regulation of
bees; providing certain immunity from liability for
certain transportation, companies and common carriers;
and generally relating to the regulation of honey bee
colonies.
