(a) During each term in office, each Delegate may
award:

(i) Two 4-year full-time scholarships;

(2) Four 2-year full-time scholarships; [or]

(3) One 4-year full-time scholarship and two
2-year full-time scholarships;

(4) EIGHT 1-YEAR FULL-TIME SCHOLARSHIPS; OR

(5) ANY COMBINATION OF 1, 2, OR 4-YEAR

SCHOLARSHIPS THAT TOTAL NO MORE THAN 16 SEMESTERS OF AWARDS.
AWARD THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO 4-YEAR FULL-TIME SCHOLARSHIPS,
WHICH MAY BE AWARDED FOR EITHER 1, 2, 3, OR 4 YEAR PERIODS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

FOR the purpose of altering the method of computing stating
the finance charge for certain types of credit
transactions; altering certain finance charge rates;
permitting certain methods of computing finance
