BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Education 11-101. (A) Each public institution of higher education shall (1) Who is certified by his high school (2) Who meets the admission standards of the (B) (1) EACH PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION (I) COMPLETED THE SEVENTH GRADE; AND (II) A SCHOLASTIC APTITUDE TEST COMBINED (2) THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT AFFECT PUBLIC FUNDING FOR THE SECONDARY SCHOOL IN WHICH THE STUDENT IS |
