Section 24-108(d)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1977 Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

24-108.

(d) (1) In Anne Arundel County AND BALTIMORE COUNTY,
garbage and refuse trucks that make collections on a fixed
route and are owned by or doing business with any
governmental entity in the RESPECTIVE county are permitted
rear axle load limit tolerances of 10 percent if:

(i) The overweight is due to bad weather;
and

(ii) The truck does not exceed its
registered gross weight limit.

(2) A privately owned truck is permitted this
tolerance only while actually engaged in the business of the
governmental entity.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Fishing in Nontidal Waters - Individuals
65 Years Old or Older

FOR the purpose of permitting certain individuals over a
certain age to obtain certain fishing licenses free of
charge; and making technical corrections.

Section 4-604(b), (c), and (g)
