1050 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 251 FOR the purpose of enabling the Secretary of Health and BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 43 - Health Section 560A(d) Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1979 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 43 - Health 560A. (d) (1) Unless the Secretary lifts the admissions (2) If the Secretary finds that the deficiency (I) CONTINUE TO RESTRICT NEW ADMISSIONS [(i)] (II) Revoke the facility's license; [(ii)] (III) Remove any patients from the SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved April 22, 1980. CHAPTER 252 |
