ARE LIMITED TO 20,000 GALLONS PER YEAR. The light wine
shall be delivered in a sealed package or container which
may not be opened or the contents consumed on the licensed
premises.

(b)  The annual fee for this license is $50.

(c)  This license may be issued in:

(1)  Baltimore County,

(2)  Carroll County,

(3)  Frederick County, [and]

(4)  MONTGOMERY COUNTY, AND

[(4)] (5) Washington County, but this license
does not permit sales of wine on Sundays in such county.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
