   Fourthly I give and bequeath unto my Brother William Dollass —
   my half Share of Blacksmith partnership accounts to him his heirs
   and Assigns, fifthly I give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas ~
   Dollass my lot of Ground Scituate lying and being in George Town
   known and distinguished in the plat plat of the said Town by Number
   96 Containing one half Acre, being the same which my Father Willed
   to me, to him the said Thomas Dollass his heirs & Assigns for ever,
   And Sixthly and lastly, I constitute nominate Constitute ordain and
   appoint my beloved Brother Thomas Dollass my Executor of this my
   last Will and Testament, Revoking, making null and Void all former
   Will or Wills by my heretofore made, In Witness Testimony whereof I
   have hereunto set my hand Seal this 3 day of August Seventeen hundred
   and Eighty four . ——                                            John Dollis {seal}

   Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the^ Testator as
   and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who was
   Requested to Subscribe our names as Witnesses thereto ——
   Cornelius Comegys, Campbell St.Clair, William Henry —

   November 4th 1784 Then Came Cornelius Comegys and William Henry
   two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will + Testament
   of John Dollass late of Kent County deceased , and Severally made —
   Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did See the
   Testator therein named Sign and Seal this Will, And that they heard him
   publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and
   Testament, that at the time of his so doing, he was to the best of
   their Apprehensions of sound disposing mind, memory & Understanding
   And that Campbel St.Clair the other Subscribing Witness was present
   at the same time and Signed his name as a Witness tot his Will ~
   together with these deponants in the presence of the Testator, and
   at his Request, and in the presence of each other. ——
