   on said road that leads from head of Chester to Duck Creek as afd then back
   from said Road that leads from head of Chester one hundred yards, and
   then to run such other Courses as will make the said Lott as nearly ~
   Square as possible, and to Contain Eighty yards by one hundred yards
   of Land. —   I give and bequeath to my son William Knock his heirs
   and Assigns for ever, one lott of Ground lying and being in theand County
   and State afd, part of the afd tract of Land called Chesterfield, begining at
   the upper Corner of the first lines of the lott of Ground bequeathed to my
   son Nathaniel, and runing Eighty yards front on the Road that leads
   from the Head of Chester to Duck Creek as afd, then back from said
   Road one hundred yards, then to run such other Courses as will^makethe said
   lott as nearly square as possible, and to Contain eighty yards by one
   Hundred yards of Land. — My Will is also that if I die before –
   the Crop of wheat now in the ground is reaped that it be sold and the
   money to be equally divided between my Wife Sarah Knock & my Children
   My Will is also that my son Henry Knock pay my sons. William, Daniel
   John, and Nathiel and my Daughters Sarah + Elizabeth Thirty pounds
   each when they arrive at the age ( the Boys of Twenty one) and the Girls
   Sixteen years — I give and bequeath to my son Henry Knock his heirs
   and Assigns forever all that Tract and parcel of Land called Chesterfield
   lying and being in Kent County and State afd except the lotts before ~
   bequeathed to my son John, Daniel, Nathaniel, and William —
   The Residue of my Estate after my Wifes thirds and the Legaceys before ~
   bequeathed are taken out I desire may be equally divided between my
   children Share and Share alike. — In Testimony of which I have
   hereuntoaffixedSet my Hand and affixed my Seal the day + year first above
