   James Salisburry all my Book Debts and all other Debts whether upon
   Bond or otherwise together with all the Interest that shall be due on the
   same Item I give and bequeath unto my said Son James Salisburry all
   my plate and Silver Vessels Viz. one Silver Tankard and^oneBowl [also?] —
   sic tea spoons, and Six Table Spoons, Buckles silver Watch, & Clock —
   and all my sleever[?] Coat and Waiscoat Plate Buttons, but in case my
   said son James should decease without Issue then my Will is that the
   above plantation descend to my Daughter Mary Cooper her Heirs —
   and Assigns forever, Item I give devise and bequeath unto my two eldest
   Daughters Mary Cooper and Elizabeth Smith all that plantation where[on]
   Oliver Smith now lives known by the name of Tree Gift to them &
   their Heirs and Assigns for ever in the following manner that is to
   say at my decease, the said Mary Cooper and Elizabeth Smith to Cast
   Lots for the said place, and whoever of the said Sisters gains the Land
   shall pay the other the sum of Seven hundred pounds Currant money
   of Maryland on demand, But in Case that the above named plantation
   willed unto my son James should descend to my Daughter Mary her
   in default of Issue as above mentioned, then my Will is that my said
   Daughters Elizabeth her Heirs or Assigns to enjoy the said plantation
   whereon she now lives clear of all incumbrance of said Mary her.—
   Heirs or Assigns, and if the money above mentioned be already paid
   the said Mary to repay the same back again to the said Elizabeth or
   her Heirs. Item I give devise and bequeath my largest Chest of Drawer[s]
   and my largest Looking Glass unto my said son James Salisburry —
   Item. my Will is that the residue and remainder of my Goods & Chattels
   be equally divided share & share alike among my four Children name[ly]
   James Salisburry Mary Cooper Elizabeth Smith and Sarah Reed —
   Item my Will is^alsothat Sarah Reeds Share of said Legacys be kept in the
   hands of my Exers hereinafter named, and the Interest arising —
                                  annually to my said Daughter Sarah & at her decease the princip[al]
   from the said be paid^be paidunto her Heirs or Assigns —
   And Lastly I also Constitute make and Ordain my Son in Law Oliver
                                                                                                     Smith —
