   such part of the beding and furniture thereof provided the same do not —
   Exceed one half of what shall belong to me at the time of my death —
   in part likewise of the said Sum of money afd, And if the afd Articles and
   or things should not be Sufficient to make up the said sum, that then
   my oustanding Debts and such part of the Insuing Crop as may be
   for Sale be apply’d to that purpose, and in case the same should Still
   not be Sufficient, then my desire is that the Lands hereafter bequeathd
   to my two Daughters Margaret and Anna Maria be Subject and
   made liable for the remainder of Such Sum, and all the claims from
   my said wife or any other person or persons whatsoever in Consequence
   of such Agreement or Marriage Articles,^orthat may anywise arise against
   my Heirs or Executors in Consequence of our said marriage, and request
   and devise that the same be sold in such Case as afd by my Executors —
   herein after named, and that the Surplus money on Such Sale be equally
   divided between my two said Daughters Margaret & Ann Maria, And –
   if either of them should die before the age of Sixteen the Survivor to have
   the whole. Item. I give and devise unto my said dear wife during her —
   widowhood in persuance and performance of my Contract afd, all the
   north part of the Grove and Grove Addition divided from my other Lands
   whereon I now live by an East line a Cross the said Lands to to Wit
   the said north part beginning at a large stone standing at the end of
   the first line of Grove Addition and runing South one hundred and
   eighty eight perches, then east the whole breadth of my Lands —
   untill it Intersect the Second line of the Grove being such part of
   my Lands as is hereafter devised unto my son William. ——
   Item I give and devise unto my Grandson William Piper & the Heirs of his
   Body one half part of [illegible] all the House and Lot No. 29 now in the possession of
   his Father James Piper being an undivided moiety purchased by me of John —
   Cawsey and his wife and in case of the death of my said Grandson without such
   Heirs I give and devise the same to my^twoDaughters Sarah Jackson & Ann Gibson
   and the Heirs of their Bodies, and in case they die without such Heirs I devise the
