224 In the Name of God Amen. I George Blackiston of Kent County in the State of Maryland being in Perfect health, and Sound mind memory and understanding, but Considering the uncertainty of this Transitory Life do make, Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following I Give and bequeath unto my two Sisters Sarah Blackiston and Ann Brice all my Estate after my Just debts be paid Published George Blakiston {Seal} Signed Sealed and Declared by the above named George Blackiston, this to be his last will and Tesatment In the Presence of us this 13,th day of June 1778 Thomas Euick April 13,th 1787 Then came Morgan Hurt one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within last will and Testament of George Blackiston late of Kent County deced and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that he did see the Testator, therein Named Sign and Seal this – will and that he heard him Publish Pronounce and declare the Same to be his last will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of his appre= = hension of Sound and disposing mind Memory and understanding and that Edward Beck and Thomas Euick the other two Subscribing witnesses – was Present and Signed their Names as Witnesses to this will in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence of each other.
