   yearly and every year the Sum of Sixty pounds so long and [illegible]
                                                                                        Assig[nes]
   longer then she remains my Widow, to him and to his Heirs^ fo[rever]
   Item I give and bequeath unto my two Daughters Lydia & Mary
   Field one thousand pounds each to be paid them, when each arri[ves]
   at the age of Eighteen years, for the payment of said Legacies to m[y]
   two Daughters, I do hereby make all that part of my real Estate, [illegible]
                                                                                      residue &
   not bequeath to my son Samuel liable and Subject to the^ remaind[er]
   of my Estate both real and personal. I give and bequeath to my —
   loving Wife Mary Field so long, and no longer then she remains my Wido[w]
   and that in Lieu of Dower, And I do hereby impower my said Widow, with
   the advice of my Executors to sell Convey and Confirm the same or Such
   parts of the real Estate as she may think proper, and its my advice that
   the same may be sold, And as the proviso is made of my her special
   request to inable her to educate and bring up my Children in a
   manner as she with the advice of my Executors shall judge best,
   I do order that an Exact Inventory be made out, of all my Estate both
   real and presonal, perticularly that part bequeathed to my said Wido[w]
   Conditionally and delivered my Children when they come of age to —
                                                                  obtain
   Inherit, in order that they may be able to [illegible] Justice in case [illegible]
   my Widow marrying again, And shoud my Widow Marry it is my —
   Will and I do order that she delivers up all the Effects both real and
   personal which she may have kept in her hands, as also all the
   moneys she may have received, arising by sales of Lands or other
   Effects by Virtue of the Will to my Executors for the use of my Children
   or the Survivors of them which in case they all arrive to the Ages
                                         fifth
   aforesaid I order the one half to be paid to my son Samuel Field and the
   two fifths to each of my Daughters Lydia and Mary Field, But inca[se]
   one of my Daughters should die before she arrives to the of Eighteen -
   years, I do order that her share be paid to her surviving Sister, should
   both my Daughters the before they arrive to the age of Eighteen years —
   then both their shares to go to my son Samuel Field, And in Case of my

   Sons death before he arrives to the Age of twenty one years,^ his share be
