117 Item thirdly I do Constitute and appoint Major John Egleston, Capt. James Moore, Leut. Thomas Rouce, Leut. Jesse Cook, and William Hueston of Chester Town in the said County of Kent to be whole and Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby disannulling and Revoking all & every other & former Wills Testaments, Gifts, Grants, Dowers, Rights and title Writings whatsoever Ratifying declaring and Confirming this & no other to be my last Will and Testament, whereunto I set my hand & Seal this Twenty ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven – hundred and Eighty. James Woodford Gray in Cambridge town Maryld. State. Robert Hodgeson in Mardenfiel [?] hundd. Kt. County Delaware State . Rober Chesley in St. Marys County State of Maryland. personally appeared before me Thomas Rodney Esqr Register for the probat {seal} of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in & for the Coty of Kent in the Delaware State Col: Robert Hodgson and Major Silas Snow two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Will of Richard Grace’s and being sworn on the Holy Evangs. Say that they Saw the Testator Richd. Grace Sign & Seal and heard him publish and declare the foregoing Instrument of Writing as and for his last Will and Testament thatatthe time of his so doing & Saying he was to the best of their Knowledge and belief of Sound & disposing mind and memory, that they signed as Witnesses thereto at his Request, and in his presence, and at the same time Saw John Massy, James Woodford Gray & I have Robert Chesley sign as Witnesses to the Same In Testimony whereof^ caused the Seal of the said Registers Office to be hereunto affixed at Dover the thirteenth day of October Anno Domi 1783.
