(b)  Licensed premises may not remain open to the
public or to private persons or parties for any purpose for
more than 15 minutes after the hours and days for sales set
forth in this section, even though no sales are made after
the hours of closing. However, upon application of any
licensee holding a Class B license, or a special hotel-motel
restaurant complex license, as set out in [§ 28 (j)] § 28(1)
license commissioners may permit the licensee to serve food
until a specified hour, if the licensee proves to the
satisfaction of the board of license commissioners that
suitable precautions have been taken to prevent the sale or
consumption of alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises
after the hours of closing. Permission shall be evidenced by
a suitable license authorized by the board of license
commissioners and issued by the clerk of the circuit court.
The annual fee is $10. Any violation of this subsection
shall incur the same penalty as a violation for making a
sale of alcoholic beverages after hours.

(c)  In the sections of this article set forth below,
the hours for sale in Worcester County shall be:

(9) (C) (iii) Section [19(n)] 19(Y) licensees
may sell during the hours specified in (ii), or during
whatever lesser hours specified by the Ocean City
Convention Hall Commission.

Orphans' Court of Prince George's County, during the term of
his office or employment, and whether duly admitted to the
practice of law or not, directly or indirectly, to provide,
prepare or assist in the preparation of any paper, form,
instrument or document to be filed in or affecting or
pertaining to any cause, cause of action, proceeding or
matter pending or which may thereafter come before any court
of record of Prince George's County, or to give any advice
