SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
14.
(n) In Kent County any restaurant meeting the
definition of restaurant in § 101 MAY apply for a special
Class B beer and light wine license, subject to approval of
the Board. The annual fee for this license is $1,000.
18.
(s) In Prince George's County the annual license fee
is [$650] $560.
(v) This section does not apply in Somerset [County]
COUNTY.

(h) (1) The annual fee for the license is $300. In
Frederick County after June 1, 1949, this license may not be
issued to any club which has not been in business or
regularly operating [for a least] FOR AT LEAST three years
prior to applying for the license. This does not apply to
any nationally chartered and recognized bona fide fraternal,
charitable or veterans organization.
71A.
(a) In Anne Arundel County, Worcester County, Harford
County, and Cecil County, any license issued under the
provisions of this article shall be revoked if, after
hearing as provided in § 70 of this subtitle, any of the
following activities are found to occur on any premises or
location for which the license was issued:
(1) With respect to attire and conduct:
(i) Employment or use of any person in the
sale or service of alcoholic beverages in or upon the
licensed premises while the person is unclothed or in
attire, costume or clothing so as to expose to view any
portion of the female breast below the top of the areola [or
if any] OR OF ANY portion of the pubic hair, anus, cleft of
the buttocks, vulva or genitals.
92.
In Anne Arundel County, notwithstanding any other
provisions in this subtitle, the following restrictions,
limitations and regulations shall be in effect:
