11. Beer license, Class D (on-sale) - Generally.

(n) (1) In Worcester County, the annual fees for the
following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day—-$[250] 290 250

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide
--$[275] 325 275

13. Beer and light wine license, Class A (off-sale).

(k) (1) In Worcester County the annual fees for the
following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day -- $[200] 230 200

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide
$[225] 255 225

14.  Beer and light wine license, Class B (on-sale) - Hotels
and restaurants.

(1) (1) In Worcester County, the annual fees for the
following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day--$[225] 290 250

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide
(exclusive of tenth election district)—$[250] 325 300

(iii) Seven day, tenth election district
only—$[275] 325 300

15.  Beer and light wine license, Class C (on-sale) - Clubs.

(i) In Worcester County the annual license fee for
this license is $[150] 200 150. The hours for sale shall be
as provided in § 106 (c) of this article. In Worcester
County light wine means any fermented beverage not in excess
of 22 percent of alcohol by volume.

16.  Beer and light wine license, Class D (on-sale) -
Generally.

(y) (1) In Worcester County, the annual fees for the
following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day--$[250] 290 250

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide
--$[275] 325 275

19. Beer, wine and liquor license, Class B (on-sale)
Hotels and restaurants.
