Ch. 160

The [Commissioner of the Land Office] ARCHIVIST shall
annually make out and transmit through mail to the
supervisors of assessments [and department of assessments of
Baltimore City], a list of all certificates which have
become ready for patent, expressing the name of the land,
the quantity it contains, and the person who is entitled to
patent; and, in case of resurvey when vacancy has been
added, the names of the original tracts and the quantity of
vacancy added.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Van Pool Registration

FOR the purpose of decreasing the annual van pool
registration fee.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

13-934.

(b) For each Class J (van pool) vehicle, the annual
registration fee is [$60] $30.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
