rules, regulations, resolutions and ordinances of Baltimore
County purporting to be contained therein.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning
Baltimore County Code - 1978 Supplement
FOR the purpose of legalizing the 1978 Supplement to the
Baltimore County Code, 1978 Edition, and making the
same evidence of the portions of the Charter, rules and
regulations, resolutions, public local laws, and laws
of Baltimore County, Maryland, purporting to be
contained therein; and making this Act an emergency
measure.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the 1978 Supplement to the Baltimore County
Code, 1978 Edition, compiled, edited, and published by the
Municipal Code Corporation, be and the same is hereby
legalized and shall be deemed and taken as evidence of those
portions of the Charter, rules, regulations, resolutions,
public local laws, and the laws of Baltimore County,
Maryland, purporting to be contained therein, in all the
courts of this State, and by all public officials of the
State and its political subdivisions.
