perform the duties imposed on them by this subtitle.
The board may establish and maintain four stores, said
stores to be known as the Dorchester liquor dispensaries,
for the sale of all alcoholic beverages except beer, in
sealed packages or containers, which packages or containers
shall not be opened nor their contents consumed upon the
premises where sold. The location of any liquor dispensaries
established on or after July 1, 1972 [shall be] ARE subject
to approval by the county commissioners of Dorchester
County.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Exclusions
FOR the purpose of excluding the certain confines of certain
marine terminals from the definition of "highway";
exempting individuals driving dock equipment at certain
marine terminals from certain licensing requirements;
and generally relating to the exclusion of Dundalk and
Locust Point marine terminals from certain vehicle laws
providing that individuals are exempt from driver's
license requirements of the Vehicle Laws while driving
certain dock equipment at certain marine terminals; and
declaring this Act to be an emergency measure to take
effect from the date of its passage.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
