10-415.1.

(a)  In Dorchester County during EACH OF the seasons
for hunting deer provided for in § 10-415 of this article, a
person may hunt, pursue, or kill either (i) one white tail
deer of either sex and two [sitka] SIKA deer of either sex
or (ii) three [sitka] SIKA deer of either sex, without the
need for a special antlerless permit.

(b)  [The provisions of this section shall apply during
the deer hunting seasons in 1978 and 1979 only] THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY AFTER JULY 1, 1981.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

FOR the purpose of providing that the members of the liquor
control board in Dorchester County shall meet at least
a certain number of times each month, and shall receive
a certain annual salary; and clarifying language.
