renewal. The Board may grant a renewal of the certificate
in which case the renewal fee is the same as the
registration fee for professional land surveyors and for
property line surveyors.

(e) The registration fee for a certificate of
authorization for a corporation or partnership is $50 AND
THE RENEWAL FEE SHALL BE $35. CERTIFICATES OF AUTHORIZATION
SHALL EXPIRE ON THE LAST DAY OF JUNE FOLLOWING THEIR
ISSUANCE OR RENEWAL AND SHALL BE INVALIDATED AFTER THAT DATE
UNLESS RENEWED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Public Accountancy - Reciprocal Certificates

FOR the purpose of providing that holders of reciprocal
certificates of certified public accountant shall in
certain cases register annually with the Board of
Public Accountancy and pay a certain fee; providing
penalties for failure to register with the Board; and
empowering the Board to revoke or suspend a reciprocal
certificate in a certain case for failure to register.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
