budget to pay for

psychological services.

Authorization is hereby

granted to use receipts from

the Maryland Parole

Commission as Special Funds

for operating expenses under

this program.

Educational and Religious
Supervision

General Fund Appropriation,

provided that the payments

for care of committed State

prisoners in local jails

shall be in accordance with

the rate structure approved

by the Board of Public

Works, but in no event shall

such payments exceed $24.00
