Section 159(h)(1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1976 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

159.

(h) Members of the several boards shall receive
compensation as follows:

(1) Garrett County — [Eighteen hundred dollars
($1800.00)] $1,800 per annum, [with] AND a mileage fee of
[ten cents (10¢)] 15 CENTS per mile when in attendance upon
meetings.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

(House Bill 1512)

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Assistant State's Attorneys

FOR the purpose of permitting the State's Attorney of
Calvert County to appoint assistant State's attorneys
in certain circumstances, subject to the approval of
the County Commissioners; and generally relating to
assistant State's attorneys in Calvert County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
