(c) In the enumerated subdivisions below, the holder
of any license issued under the provisions of this article
is permitted to exercise all of the privileges conferred by
that license on the day of any election in that subdivision.

(4) CARROLL COUNTY

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Domestic Animals

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Carroll County to provide, by ordinance, for a
comprehensive system for the regulation of domestic
animals, including dogs, in Carroll County; specifying
that the regulations may include provisions for
impoundment and disposal of certain dogs and for the
regulation of owners or keepers of vicious or certain
other dogs; specifying that the regulations may include
reasonable penalties for violations of the regulations
not to exceed certain maximums; and renumbering a
section.
