Nuisances

FOR the purpose of declaring certain conditions to be
nuisances, providing for any investigations of such
conditions as may be reported, a notice to the property
owner with order to abate, a hearing procedure, provisions
for abatement by the County and assessment of the cost of
abatement and for the repeal of Sections 135K of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland, dealing
with weeds and trash and the enactment of Section 1—102
entitled Abatement of Nuisances of Subtitle 1, Environmental
Health Hazards, of Title 1, Health Related Nuisances, of
Public Health Article of the Code of Public Local laws of
Worcester County, Maryland.
