ROAD CONSTRUCTION DISTRICTS IN TALBOT COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE
HEARING, ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND LETTING OF CONTRACT;
PROVIDING FOR A BENEFIT CHARGE ON ALL REAL PROPERTY IN THE
DISTRICT TO MEET THE INTEREST AND PRINCIPAL ON A DEBT
CREATED; PROVIDING FOR REPAYMENT OF COSTS BY THE PROPERTY
OWNERS BY MEANS OF A BENEFIT CHARGE ON EACH LOT WHICH SHALL
CONSTITUTE A LIEN ON THE PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR TAKING
ROADS INTO THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM UNDER CERTAIN
CIRCUMSTANCES; AND GENERALLY RELATING TO THE ROAD
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM.
