A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT concerning

The requirements governing the installation of
individual sewage disposal systems

FOR the purpose of amending the procedures for ground
water level and percolation tests; permitting the applicant
to locate such tests; providing additional requirements
regarding the location of such tests; reducing the minimum
width for certain lots using public water facilities;
permitting the Health Officer to grant minor variations in
lot size; and deleting the three (3) year limitation on the
life of a percolation test.
