A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT concerning

Disposal of Animal Carcasses

FOR the purpose of requiring the Animal Control Warden,
on request, to pick up within 24 hours, or contract for
removal of, any animal carcass on public property, and
dispose of it in a manner approved by the County Health
Department.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 3. ANIMALS.

Section 3-192,

The Prince George's County Code

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement — Local 548, American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees,

AFL-CIO.

FOR the purpose of approving a labor agreement by and
between Prince George's County and Local 548 of the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees
(AFSCME) , AFL-CIO, describing certain terms and conditions
of employment for personnel classifications certified by the
Prince George's County Public Employee Relations Board,
including the following: Preamble; Recognition; Definitions;
Management Rights; Union Security; Working Conditions;
Transfers; Details; Grievance Procedure; Union Stewards and
Representatives; Nondiscrimination; Seniority; Hours of
Work; Overtime; Meal Periods; Holiday Administration; Annual
Leave; Vacations; Leave Without Pay; Wages; Contracting Out;
No Strike or Lockout; General Provisions; Health and
Welfare; Saving Clause and Duration.
